| New Parent Support Program (NPSP) 1617 Laurel Bay Boulevard, Beaufort, SC New Parent Support Program is a professional team of social workers and nurses who provide supportive and caring services to military families. Our trained, supervised home visitors have extensive knowledge of the issues encountered by today's parents. These home visitors are sensitive to the unique challenges facing military families. The N.P.S.P. helps families cope with stress, isolation, post-deployment reunions, and the everyday demands of parenthood through a variety of programs including home visits, support groups, and parenting classes.
