Career Resource Management Center (CRMC) The CRMC offers a variety of services/workshops for the transitioning members, family member, retired and veterans of the military. Please see your Career Planner for registration in to these workshops/briefs. Transition Readiness Seminar (TRS), and VA Medical Record Reviews and all other workshops/briefs are held in Building 807, Room 23. The Transition Readiness Seminar (TRS) provides career/employment assistance, vocational guidance, and transition information to separating Marines and their family members. The tools and information provided enable all separating Marines and their family members to make a successful transition from military to civilian life. Separating Marines are counseled and advised of the availability of these programs and their responsibility for attending prior to leaving the military. Have you used the Marine Corps Transition Readiness Seminar (TRS) or Family Member Employment Assistance Program (FMEAP) services lately? If so, we'd like to hear from you. We continually strive to improve the services and assistance offered to Marines and their family members.
