MCAS Beaufort Fitness Center
The goal of Physical Fitness is to improve the quality of life for the members of our community, and to enhance readiness through the promotion and supporting of healthy lifestyles. Group fitness classes and personal training are offered on both MCAS Beaufort or MCRD Parris Island. The Semper Fit Physical fitness program provides guidance on exercise, injury prevention and nutritional information.

|MCAS Beaufort Group Exercise Classes
|20/20/20: Come join the power hour! Each class will include 20 minutes of Cardio; 20 minutes of resistance; 20 minutes of Stretch.
BARRE: Fun and challenging workout, combines the movements of Pilates, Yoga, cardio and resistance training with low impact on bones and joints. Classes are designed to sculpt, tone and create lean muscles–without the impact and injuries.
CYCLE CIRCUIT: Maximize your results with a combination of indoor cycling and strength drills for a total body circuit – style workout.
HITT: The High Intensity Tactical Training (HITT) program for our active duty ONLY is a comprehensive combat-specific strength and conditioning program that is essential to a Marine’s physical development, combat readiness and resiliency.
POWER 30: Real busy? Got 30 minutes? We’ve got it covered! 30 exercises in 30 minutes! Fast paced fun for all your major muscle groups! C’mon, take the challenge!
SPIN: Rev up your cardio routine with the ultimate indoor cycling experience! Climb mountains, race the flats, and sprint to the finish all from your stationary cycle.
SPIN X: 30 minutes of power spinning & 30 minutes of “X” (Kickbox, TRX, Tactical Fitness, Kettle Bell, Functional Fitness or Circuit; each month the X Factor changes.) Come take the challenge for the entire hour, or just do the 30 minute segment of your choice!
STEP: Step up your training with this cardio experience that will have your heart pumping! Step to the beat with the best in muscle music to burn those unwanted calories.
TRX: Suspension training, incorporating core strength and training.
UNIT PT: Get ready for your PFT/CFT with a Unit PT.
ZUMBA®: A dance fusion class of Latin and International style music that creates an exciting and dynamic workout. This may include Hip Hop/Funk and Belly Dance styles to add to the fun. Feel the music!

Unit PT Sessions will be available during the following times: 0615 - 0715 Monday or Wednesday , 1500 - 1600 Tuesday or Thursday. Your e-mail request should include POC, phone number, email address, name of unit (if applicable), number of participants, desired date and time for class, length of class and class format desired.

|Hours of Operation
|In response to your concerns MCCS is pleased to announce additional hours of operation at the MCAS Fitness Center via the adjustment of employee schedules at other facilities. Effective 23 February the Fitness Center will be open until 2100 Monday-Friday. Thank you for your support and feedback in developing programing to meet your needs.
