Our classes are designed for the Beginner to Intermediate level approach to the practice of Yoga. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. No shoes are needed during practice. You may bring your own personal mat, or mats can be provided. Water and a small towel are recommended. Yoga is accepting of all body types and fitness levels. All are welcome to attend.
